Sweater Spa is a small‑batch fiber‑care studio dedicated to helping people love and care for their natural‑fiber garments for a lifetime.
Born in the Pacific Northwest and inspired by the slow‑fashion movement, we create gentle wool washes, linen sprays, conditioners, and storage solutions that protect and revive sweaters, shawls, and handknits. Every product is crafted with intention: clean ingredients, wool‑safe chemistry, and a deep respect for the makers and fibers behind every garment. Sweater Spa blends science, craftsmanship, and sustainability to bring luxury garment care into everyday life.
About the Founder Sweater Spa was founded by Kim Arellano, who discovered knitting at a moment when she needed a creative outlet that felt grounding, calming, and deeply human. What began as a simple hobby quickly became a restorative ritual — the quiet rhythm of stitches, the pride of a finished piece, and the soothing “sweater bath” that transformed each garment into its best, most beautiful self. Kim fell in love with that moment: the warm water, the gentle soak, the way fibers relax and bloom as if exhaling. Sweater Spa was born from that feeling — the desire to elevate fiber care into a luxurious, sensory experience worthy of the time, artistry, financial investment and emotion makers pour into their work. Today, she makes small‑batch, boutique fiber‑care products that honor the craft and bring a spa‑like ritual to every finished piece.
